How do I place an order?

Brandwear United is a referral site. You will need a qualifying account to make your purchase at the participating wholesaler or direct accounts. Brandwear United does not provide accounts nor do we have access to your wholesaler accounts. If you need a referral, information on an item, or other assistance please use our contact form or call 1-800-685-7557.

How do I view wholesale pricing?

Brandwear United is a referral site only. You will need to visit the distributor of your choice to view any pricing. Our sales reps may be able to provide suggested case pricing but specific pricing is given on a project by a wholesaler or direct contact.

How current is your online inventory?

Our distributor online inventory is updated every evening.

How can I order samples?

You can discuss sample needs with your distributor or feel free to reach out to out to your local Brandwear United sales reps. Need help finding your rep? Email us or call 1-800-685-7557.

Where do you ship from?

We do not accept any returns. Returns and requests should be handled through your distributor. If you have any questions, reach out to your wholesaler for more info.

Why aren’t all products stocked at wholesalers?

We partner with all our wholesalers to provide you items that work for the industry. Wholesalers do not always choose to pick up every item we introduce to the market and some do have “exclusives” that you cannot buy at other wholesalers. If there are items you are interested being stocked at your wholesaler, contact them and provide you feedback.

What happens if a product is discontinued?

Discontinued products are items that are no longer being manufactured, however, there still may be stock in the item at your wholesaler. Once sold, those items will not be restocked.

What are washing instructions for your garments?

Most of our garments should be washed in cold water and tumbled dry on medium heat. Washing instructions are also listed on the garment tag. Specific care instructions for each of our products can be found on the product page in the description.

How do your sizes work?

Our garments come in multiple fits. You will find the garment’s fit listed on the product page. Each brand is unique and fit will vary between them. Refer to the brand page for specific fits guides for each of our brands.

What is the difference between “Tagless®” and “Tearaway”?

Tagless® refers to garments that have heat transfer tags in the neck, primarily popular in Hanes® garments up to 2019. Tearaway tags are tags that can be removed from the neck to allow for rebranding of the garments. Not all tags will fall into these two categories.

Should I expect any shrinkage?

HanesBrands products may shrink or be specially washed. Check the product pages for any garments you are looking at to see if they are pre-shrunk or minimalize shrinking. As with all jersey garments, however, they may shrink a little in the wash and stretch a little during wear. We continually strive to perfect this process so everything you get from us will look and feel like a favorite each and every time.

What does “one size” mean?

OS or “One Size” refers to items that come in only one size. OS products usually have an over-sized cut or are stretchy enough to accommodate a wide range of bodies and builds.

How can I locate a product with the rn #98269 printed on the label?

A registered identification number or RN is a number issued by the Federal Trade Commission to a business residing in the U.S. and is engaged in the manufacture, importation, distribution, or sale of textile, wool, or fur products. This number does not correlate to a specific style number of our products. If you cannot locate the style you are looking for on the website, please contact one of our team members by e-mail or call 1-800-685-7557 and they can assist you.

What info do you have on your eco-friendly/sustainability claims?

In 2020, Hanesbrands launched a new sustainability website called HBISustains.com. The site houses articles, certifications, and other info on our sustainability platforms. We recommend reaching out directly to the experts on their contact page for more info or contact your local sales rep.

Printing FAQs

Do you offer screen-printing services?

Brandwear United is a blanks supplier exclusively, and we do not offer screen-printing or embellishment services. You are required to embellish garments to purchase them in this channel.

Which items are best for screen-printing, dtg, etc?

All our products are designed for and can be used for a variety of print techniques. We recommend printing a sample or two before you commit to a large run. Please contact one of our Customer Service Representatives by e-mail or call 1-800-685-7557.

Do I need permission to sell my designs printed on your shirts?

Absolutely not! We’re proud that you’ve chosen our brands, and we’re happy to help make your creative vision come to fruition.

Are we able to use the Champion® logo in our designs?

All Champion® collaborations, font usage, and logo usage outside of the provided c-patch is required to be audited and approved by Champion® Global Brand Team. Anything not-approved in writing by a representative is considered copyright and subject to legal action. This process also applies to Hanes®, ComfortWash®, and Alternative Apparel® branding.

Can I use your garments for licensed apparel?

There are restrictions on printing on some garments with licensed and collegiate apparel. Please contact your sales rep for more info on restrictions.

All photos, videos, and articles on our website are copyrighted and have restricted use. We do provide complimentary product images for our wholesale customers and lifestyle images by request. High resolution product images can be down-loaded directly from our site. We may also have other assets that can help you promote our products effectively.
